The names of the victims of the deadly house fire that occurred in the early morning hours of Friday, August 11, 2023 in the 1800 block of North Virginia Dare Trail in Kill Devil Hills have been released. Sienna was the daughter of Laura Volk, 48, who was hurt in the fire alongside her boyfriend, David Brewer, 55, and her other daughter, 16-year-old Sadie Farr. Laura was released from the hospital this past Monday.
